Purchases and refunds
Premium and Pro Suite are one-time purchases. If something went wrong with yours — you paid and can’t see your content, or it wasn’t what you expected — write to the same address with the email you used at checkout and we’ll make it right.
Privacy requests
To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email support@sensotype.ai from the address in question. The short version of what we collect is in the privacy summary.
