The short version
You take the assessment. Your sensotype is free. If you want deeper writeups, you can pay one-time for Premium ($29) or Pro Suite ($99). No subscriptions. No auto-renew. You can ask for a refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Don’t scrape us; don’t try to break us. We’re not a clinical instrument — Sensotype is a vocabulary, not a diagnosis. We can update these terms, and if we do we’ll tell you.
What you can do here
Sensotype is a free assessment plus optional paid writeups, available to anyone 13 or older (paid features 18 or older). You’re welcome to take the test as many times as you like, share your result with whomever you want, and use the vocabulary in your own life and work.
What you can’t do
No automated scraping or bulk downloading of our content. No reverse-engineering the assessment algorithm. No reselling our writeups or republishing them as your own work. No trying to circumvent the age gates. No using the service to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
Payments and refunds
Sensotype Premium ($29) and Pro Suite ($99) are one-time purchases. We do not auto-renew, we do not charge you again without your explicit action. If something doesn’t sit right, email support@sensotype.ai within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion but we’ll be reasonable.
Your content
The answers you give the assessment belong to you. We use them to compute your result and (if you’ve signed in) to save your result to your account. We don’t sell them, we don’t display them publicly, we don’t use them to train models. The full details are in our privacy notes.
Our content
The 12 sensotype names, the writeups, the constellations, the design — that’s all ours. You can share your own result freely (that’s the point). You can’t take our sensotype writeups and republish them as your own. If you want to quote us or build something on top, write to us at support@sensotype.ai— we’re friendly about most things.
What we don’t promise
Sensotype is a vocabulary, not a clinical instrument. It is not therapy, not diagnosis, not medical advice, not a substitute for professional help. If you’re in crisis, please reach out to a real human — a doctor, a therapist, a crisis line. We built this to help people see themselves more clearly, not to treat anything.
Limits
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for anything beyond what you paid us (if anything). Specifically: we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of Sensotype. If a court decides any part of this section is unenforceable, the rest stands.
When things end
You can stop using Sensotype any time. If you’ve signed in, you can delete your account from /account(or by emailing us). We can terminate your access if you’re materially violating these terms — but we’ll tell you why.
Changes
We can update these terms. If we make a material change, we’ll email everyone with an account at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws.
